- When we verify that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.
- Exchanges may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of a higher value, the difference must be paid.
- In case of return, the price of the product will be credited in the form of a coupon to be spent in the online store https://asimetric.gallery.
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- If what you need is to exchange for another size or product, you only have to process the return and place the order again with the product you want.

Es indispensable que los productos estén en su embalaje original y en las mismas condiciones en que te los enviamos. De no ser así (en caso de que recibamos el producto sucio, dañado, usado… ) no se realizará ningún reembolso del producto, siendo la única solución posible un nuevo envío de la misma mercancía. El nuevo envío será a cargo del cliente y el plazo para reclamaciones son quince días hábiles a partir de la notificación por nuestra parte.
